To start off I had to present an initial idea made out of a series of sketches. This is the most creative part, I think, to hand draw without having to think. Just let the pen flow.

To do interviews with different stakeholders and possible future users is very enriching. For this projects I got very different goals and wishes. The persona was a very useful tool to refer to throughout the process.
